YOU BEAR SOLE AND FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL CONTENT YOU UPLOAD AND ALL OUTPUTS GENERATED USING THE SERVICE.

1. Sole Responsibility of the User

You are solely responsible for ensuring that every piece of content you upload, every prompt or selection you make, and every video generated through your account complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

LovelyGen does not review, approve, or endorse any User Content or generated outputs prior to delivery. We provide a technical tool only. The legal and moral responsibility for the content rests entirely with you.

By uploading any image or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, consents, and legal authority to do so, and that the content does not violate any law or the rights of any person.

2. Age Restriction - Strict 18+ Only

The Service may only be used by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. You confirm this by clicking the age-gate popup.

You must not upload, generate, or attempt to generate any content that depicts, or appears to depict, any person under the age of 18 (including AI-generated content that looks underage).

Any violation of this rule will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account without notice or refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities if required by law.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party
• Involves the likeness of any real person without their explicit, informed consent for this specific use
• Creates or attempts to create non-consensual intimate imagery of real individuals
• Is intended to harass, defame, threaten, or harm any person
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activities
• Circumvents any technical or age-related restrictions of the Service

This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether any use of the Service is inappropriate or prohibited.

4. Real Persons and Consent

If you upload an image of a real person (including yourself), you confirm that:

• You are that person, or
• You have obtained clear, documented, and specific consent from that person authorizing the use of their likeness for AI generation of adult content via this Service.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and retaining evidence of such consent. LovelyGen has no obligation to verify consents and accepts no liability for any claims arising from unauthorized use of likenesses.

5. Nature of AI-Generated Content

All generated videos are produced by artificial intelligence models. The bodies, scenes, clothing, lighting, and other elements (apart from the face you provide) are synthetically generated and do not depict real people or real events.

You understand and accept that AI outputs can be unpredictable, may contain artifacts, anatomical inconsistencies, or unexpected results, and that LovelyGen makes no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any output.

6. Enforcement and Removal

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to:

• Review, remove, or disable access to any content at any time for any reason
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts that we believe, in our sole discretion, have violated this Policy or the Terms
• Report certain activities to law enforcement if we believe it is required or appropriate
• Cooperate with legal requests and investigations

Decisions regarding enforcement are final and made at our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued in connection with any enforcement action.
